Vallow Daybell has pleaded not guilty to these charges.

Maryland state police said that the crash happened around 6:30 PM on the inner loop of the Capital Beltway near Baltimore Avenue. The driver of a white Nissan Sentra was reportedly driving “recklessly”, when it hit a concrete barrier, flipped over, and burst into flames.
