By Will Ing Verified| The Architects' Journal Verified GRID’s 184-home build-to-rent scheme was submitted in 2014 for a site at 100 Avenue Road, by Swiss Cottage tube station. The scheme features a part-seven and part-five-storey building besides the tower, with 1,040m² commercial space and up to 1,350m² community space. The scheme was refused by Camden Council amid concerns over its visual impact, but this was overturned in 2016 by then housing secretary Greg Clarke following a recommendation by a planning inspector.
