The scheme features a part-seven and part-five-storey building besides the tower, with 1,040m² commercial space and up to 1,350m² community space. The scheme was refused by Camden Council amid concerns over its visual impact, but this was overturned in 2016 by then housing secretary Greg Clarke following a recommendation by a planning inspector.
