According to First Coast News, a traffic cam caught the semi truck hauling a flatbed traveling on the roadway before crashing into the 1929 building, which serves as the headquarters for Blue Stone Construction.

The San Antonio, Texas City Council voted on an amendment in March that makes it easier to ban semi trucks from parking on city streets based on 311 complaints only. According to KSAT, the city of San Antonio has already posted signs in areas where truck parking was once legal. Truck parking in those areas is now banned based on resident complaints to the city.
